Classical Ballet is a fundamental part of dance as it provides a strong foundation for all styles including jazz, tap, contemporary and even hip hop. It is recommended that all children include classical ballet training as the basis of their dance education as it improves posture, technique, turn-out, strength, flexibility, agility, co-ordination and fitness. These classes introduce children 3 to 4 years old to the art of dance through creativity and imagination.
