- No. You can print it at your convenience and use it until the offer expires.
- How do I redeem my Cloops Voucher?
- Bring it to the business and redeem it just like a gift certificate.
- Are there any restrictions on the deals?
- Most deals have some restrictions and they vary from deal-to-deal. Please read the fine print carefully for each deal prior to purchasing it. You can see this by clicking on the copy or picture for the deal.
- What's your refund policy?
- If Cloops ever lets you down for some reason, we'll return your purchase – simple as that. If you have a bad experience, we'll do what we can to make things right.
- How is Cloops different from daily deal websites?
- Our deals are always available from many businesses that are close to you and when you want them, not just for one day.
- If I don't use the full value of my Cloops Voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
- No. Unless otherwise stated on the deal by the business, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend and share the fun of Cloops!

- No, not unless the deal specifically states otherwise.

- How much should I tip when I redeem my Cloops Voucher at a restaurant?
- Please tip on the full amount of the bill before the discount.
- What if my Cloops Voucher expires?
- Once a Cloops Voucher reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.
- What if the business for my Cloop Voucher closes down?
- If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Cloop Voucher, we'll make sure you get your money back.
- Does it cost anything to sign up for Cloops?
- No - signing up for Cloops is free. You're only charged when you purchase your deals.
- Is purchasing on Cloops safe?
- Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Can I see my purchase history?
- Yes. After signing in to your account, click "My Deals" at the top of the page.
- Can I change my username or password?
- You sure can. Just log in to your account and click on your name or email next to your name or email address in the top menu bar to go to your User Dashboard where you can easily change your email and password.
